Big news for BLACK PAPER:  The picture was locked over the weekend!  "What does that mean?", you might ask.  Well I'll tell you.  That means that the editing has been completed on the video portion of the film.  All of the shots are in the correct order and at the correct length and pace.  Tweaking is finished, and the film plays how it will play.

So now you're probably asking, "Does that mean that the movie is finished?"  And the answer to that is this: "No."  There are still lots of things to do.  The color must still be adjusted, and the sound must be edited and properly mixed with sound effects and such.  The film must also be scored by the composer.

Nevertheless, this is a huge step for the project, and we're right on schedule.

One more bit of news today: The BLACK PAPER teaser trailer will play this Friday evening at a special screening hosted by the Thriller! Chiller! Film Festival in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  Further details here.
