In this follow-up to 2010's Neurotica, neurotic playwright Doug Fillmore and his histrionic actress wife Christine have returned home after their latest opening night and are preparing for bed. But Doug's plans for conjugal celebration and Christine's plans to turn him down are interrupted by mysterious noises downstairs. When Doug goes to investigate, his devotion to his wife will be put to the test.
